I’m Rachel Harris, a qualified counsellor registered with the BACP, offering Person-Centred, CBT and Solution-Focused therapy for adults, children and young people.

I believe that healing begins when we feel truly heard. My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in respect for your experiences.
Drawing from Person-Centred, CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, I’ll tailor our sessions to your needs — whether you’d like to explore deep emotions, develop coping skills, or simply have space to reflect.
I’m based in Altrincham and work with adults, children and young people both in-person and online.
Registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I’m committed to professional ethics, confidentiality, and compassion in every session.
