My Approach
At Mindful Therapy, I believe in a person-centered approach to counseling. I offer both online and face-to-face therapy sessions, and specialize in trauma, abuse, grief, bereavement, addiction, eating disorders, and sexual trauma. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where our clients can explore and process their feelings and experiences.
