I offer both online and face to face therapy options to suit your needs and preferences. I am trained to provide effective therapy through a secure and confidential online platform or in-person sessions.

I specialise in trauma and abuse counselling. I am qualified and trained to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore and process your experiences. I use the person-centred approach to help you heal and move forward.

I offer grief and bereavement counselling to help you navigate the difficult emotions and challenges that come with loss. I will support you through the grieving process and help you discover ways to cope and adjust to life after loss.

I offer counselling for anxiety and low mood. I provide a safe space to explore any underlying issues that are causing the anxiety.
